Shipping and Exchange

1. Shipping

Domestic (India): 3–7 business days.
International: 10–21 business days.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

2. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

3. Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email care@askanubhuti.com within 5 days with photos.
We’ll arrange free return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Returns (Non-Exchange)

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (item must be unused, in original packaging).
Buyer is responsible for return shipping; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
